My foster parents wanted a strong and confident name for me which is why my name is Carl. Even though I wasn’t either of those when I first came to their home but they could see what I could not. I was so scared I couldn’t even look them in the face for weeks. My foster mom would have to carry me outside to potty because I was too terrified to move. But over the past few months I have become the strong, confident and loyal dog they knew that I was. Now if I hear a noise I am the first one to run outside to protect my family. I now run and play with my fosters brother and sisters. I have also found out that i love little children and will sit and let them read to me!

It took me longer to trust my foster daddy but now I will come up to him and nudge to be petted. I absolutely adore my foster mommy and will follow her around and stare her right in the eyes. 

I am around 7 years old and I am very well potty trained. In fact, when I first came here before my foster mommy decided to start carrying me outside I held my potty for almost two days!! I hope that I never have to do that again but you can see I am a very good boy.
If you let me love you I will always love you back, I will be your best friend and will always keep you safe. 

My fee is 75.00. I am neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped.
