This beauty is Skylar. She is approx 1 year old and weighs 15lbs. She is a sweet but timid girl. She came to the shelter as a stray so we do not know her history. Skylar has already started changing. She does not drop to the ground when you raise your hand as she did the first couple of days. She is now playing with other dogs and just seems more relaxed and happy. We believe that she is a Dachshund/Cocker mix. We know she is good with dogs but have no knowledge of how she is with cats or children. Skylar is heartworm negative and up-to-date on shots. She will need to be spayed prior to going to her new home.
