Hi, my name is Timmy! I am a large American Staffordshire Terrier who doesn't know I am 55lbs. I would love to curl up in a ball and sleep in your lap if I could. I crave love and attention and will now wag my tail every time I see my foster mommy and daddy.
I am about 7-years-old so I don't chew or bark or do the annoying puppy things. I love to sunbathe and sleep in my foster parents bed. Having three working legs doesn't stop me either I will run outside every morning to lie in the sun and will run up the stairs to the bed when my parents want me to do something I don't want to do. I will flop down and pretend I didn't hear them calling me.
I am housetrained and I love kids and female dogs. I do NOT like medium/large male dogs or cats. I went through heartworm treatment and have tested negative!!
I would love a quiet home with a family who truly wants me. Don't feel bad for me, instead share my pictures and story to help me find my perfect furever home!!!!

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
