Shorty is a quiet, sweet-natured, 14-1/2 pound silver/black Shih Tzu looking for his forever home.  But he knows how to party this Mardi Gras!  His favorite place to be is right next to his owner.  He is housebroken, walks well on a leash, and is learning to sit and stay on command.  He likes to play outside in a fenced yard but will come in when called.  He gets along well with other dogs in the house.  He is currently groomed short but if you let his hair grows out he will need to be combed every day or two to prevent tangles.  Shorty will need to remain on eye drops for dry eye but he is a trooper and it’s easy to do.  He has been neutered and is up to date on his shots (rabies shot is good for 3 years).  He is heartworm negative.

All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
