Smokie is a male, 5 year old, shih tzu, only 10 lbs. His owner was no longer able to care for him. Here is a few words from his previous owner. “ Smokie is a gentle, sweet and oves to be petted. He loves to play fetch but has trouble giving the toy back to be thrown again.
