Helen is a female Shih tzu-Maltese mix, she is 4 yrs old and 15lbs. She is spay and previously adopted through TDR. Helen loves cats, dogs and older children. A word from her surrender “She does very well alone. She will relax and rest when she is put up more quickly than when she is out. I had been able to leave her out before I had kids.  She is completely deaf and blind since birth. But she can see light. So she can see you coming if you have light behind you. I wake her up with a light touch or by nudging her bed.

We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
