MY NAME IS JAKE, like Jake from State Farm. I am a white Toy Poodle, 11 years young. I came to TDR because my favorite person passed away. I love to frolic and run around and scamper like a puppy. It may be difficult to appreciate my luxurious coat right now because I am being treated for a chronic flea allergy and secondary skin infection. Otherwise, I am in pretty good health. I am heartworm negative, up to date on my vaccinations and have had an injection for 12 months of heartworm prevention. I'm also neutered and microchipped. My left patella will sometimes luxate or pop out. It doesn’t bother me though. My teeth are scheduled to be cleaned and I am taking medication to treat an oral infection. I can be kind of skittish at first but I warm up quickly. Please be patient with me and consider me for your new best friend.
