People friendly: yes but has not been around children as his previous owner was a single elderly man
Riding in car: rides well
Other: he loves to sit on your lap and give kisses! He has been vetted annually and has been well cared for. He has cytopoint recorded on  his vet records sporadically and he does have a rash on his belly now. His previous owner fed him whatever he wanted and he could use to lose a few pounds and dry dog food is not his favorite but he is getting used to it!
Barking: only occasionally when needed to warn of unwanted or unknown people or other animals

He is a dream rescue dog in that he has no issues, has been well cared for and is very easy to be around!
