A LITTLE GIRL WHO LOVES A WARM LAP.  Teagan is a 6-year-old Shih Tzu mix and weighs about 15 pounds. This playful cutie loves to be the center of attention with her people, and is always ready for a snuggle or to be a bedtime buddy. Teagan gets along with other dogs, but takes a little while to warm up and be sociable. She loves the fenced-in yard at her foster home, and especially enjoys chasing birds. Teagan tolerates the crate but we don't have information yet on how she does on the leash. Children and cats also are question marks. Teagan is scheduled to be spayed, is up to date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and microchipped. She is now on regular treatment against fleas/ticks/heartworms.
