That is why the individual or family who adopts her needs to be committed to patient, consistent training and regular check-ups with the vet so Sophie gets a good start in life. She also needs active people in her life to make sure she has the opportunity to run, play and get the most from her energetic nature. She gets along with other dogs, and while she isn't aggressive toward cats or children, her high energy sometimes frightens them. Sophie is not house- leash- or crate trained.
