Hi! My name is Finn, and I am looking for a new forever home. I recently lost my mom, and while I am still sad about losing her, I have loads of love to share. I can be a Netflix and chill dog, hang out on the couch, or be ready for a day out on the town, as I am a perfect backseat rider. I am housebroken and walk nicely on a leash (which will come in handy if you like to hit the dog-friendly places here on the coast.) I am 7 years young, heartworm negative, and in excellent health. I have been told I am part broken-coated terrier with a dash of shihtzu either way; I have also been told I am very cute. I am dog friendly and get along with cats. My foster mom says I can sit and stand up for you to put my leash on me or look out the window. I also have perfect home manners; I don’t jump on people and have had the run of the foster home and didn’t get into trouble. I am also very well-mannered at taking treats. I like for you to place my treat on the floor, and I will pick it up. If you’re looking for a new best friend and would like to know more about me we could meet at Starbucks for a puppuccino and coffee (I’ll have the puppuccino ) or we could meet for a nice walk around Hiller Park (I hear there are geese there). I am available for adoption from Tired Dog Rescue.

More about Finn

Good with Dogs

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
