A DASH OF CUTENESS AND SO MUCH MORE Some dogs radiate the message: "Hey, I'm the complete package!" Dash is one of those dogs. He has been with TDR since February. This nearly 12-pound terrier is just over a year old and is full of personality and energy. He is very friendly with people and his fellow canines. He needs a home without cats, however. With his age and demeanor, Dash would be a perfect addition to an active family with a dog or two already. This guy needs regular exercise, but with his short stature, a little activity goes a long way. He is house trained, and although he has experience staying in a crate, he does not like it. His foster mom has left him unattended and uncrated with no problems. Dash is up to date on vaccinations, is heartworm negative, microchipped and neutered. Available through Tired Dog Rescue, Gulfport, MS. Fee: $175. Apply at tireddogrescue.org Want more info on Dash? Here's what he has to say:
"I would love a home with lots of attention and activity. I am a terrier and we just love the fast-paced life. I love children (I am one myself!), and I love, love other dogs! Could we please go on car rides together? I love the magical car rides! I can be your adventure buddy!
"I love playing and would love someone that is as obsessed with toys as me! We could go shopping and I would even let you pick them out! Just let me come along to supervise your decisions! I would love to go to the park or the beach or maybe a hike. Imagine all of the places we could go and things we could do together!"
We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
