Hi there! My name is Bailey and I am a six year old female white mixed breed and weigh approximately 13 pounds. My foster mom says I look a lot like a Japanese Spitz but we aren't sure if I'm purebred. She just knows I'm 100% a good girl. I look large in my pictures but I'm just a small perfect gal!
I was left at the vet by my previous owner and they never came back for me. Luckily, my foster mom stepped in and reassured me I would never be abandoned again. She's just the best! Given that I was left at the vet, all my healthcare is up to date, I am spayed, and I am heartworm negative! I am ready to find my forever family!
I am an absolute doll and love to be with people. Belly rubs, yes please! Movie night on the couch? I'm your gal! And the best part, you can snuggle me all you want and not get covered in hair! My foster mom says I barely shed!! Let the hug fest begin! Also, sleeping in bed with humans is one of my most favorite things. I hope my forever family wants an adorable dog shaped pillow to cuddle with!
I am a happy healthy girl but I am missing some of my teeth so my foster mom wets my kibble before dinner so it's soft enough for me to eat. Boy, do I love my food though!
I was kept in a kennel for some time, so my foster mom has been working on my house training again. I am doing really well as long as I am kept on a routine. I am crate trained as well and don't mind staying in my crate while my foster family is busy.
It's unknown how I would be with cats or children, but it can be tested prior to adoption if needed. I could be a solo dog or would do well with other dogs that are adult and respectful.
I am told I look a little like an artic fox. So fitting for the holidays! Oh! We can get in PJs, watch some good Christmas movies (my favorite is Elf), and maybe even do some caroling!! The fun we could have!
If you think this sweet foxy lady would be a good forever fit in your home, please apply today! www.tireddogrescue.org
We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
