Pearl is a sweet girl filled with lots of love, kisses, and energy, very loyal and knows all basic commands. Loves children, playing fetch, and snuggling. She is house trained with a doggy door, crate trained, and does fine with her foster sister cat, foster doggy sisters and brothers, and may need a slow introduction to new dogs. Enjoys walks on a body harness and is very strong and will pull at times. She will do best in a home with a backyard, where she can run and play and sunbath on nice days. Enjoys chewing bones, loves her kong, and always begs for belly rubs. Highly treat motivated, well behaved in the house and during the winter loves to fall asleep next to the fireplace. Never meets a stranger, always smiling and needs to know she can trust you, given her history of neglect. Loves to be loved.

We at Tired Dog Rescue strive to find homes for dogs in need, build quality relationships with responsible owners, and preserve current dog-family homes by seeking solutions to financial, behavioral, and situational dog problems. We believe the lives of homeless, abandoned and abused dogs are just as precious as dogs that currently have a loving home. We believe that all dogs deserve a loving home despite their age, medical condition and/or disabilities. We provide whatever medical care is needed regardless of cost. All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm negative and current on vaccinations before being placed.
